Dark Kafé is a brick-&-mortar shop in Lake Wales and a trailer in Haines City — pouring specialty coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, and house-made syrups for fruity twists on the classics.
Everything is described plainly: real ingredients, fresh produce, careful sourcing — with breakfast on the griddle till the last 30 minutes of service.
